I help individuals, particularly nurses and other healthcare professionals pay less income tax by forming their own corporations or LLCs and using them as tax-saving devices.

I also enjoy helping clients "escape" their 9-to-5 jobs like I did by starting their own businesses.

I believe most people pay more taxes than they have to, because they simply don’t know how the U.S. tax system really works. I’m here to be a guide.

I am a husband and father to 2 children and a mini Goldendoodle. When I don't do taxes, I love paddling with my dragon boat team. I ran my first 2 marathons in 2021 (LA) and 2022 (Long Beach) at the age of 54.
